Western Marine Shipyard Ltd is the leading shipbuilder in Bangladesh. It started its journey in 2000 and reached break-even point in 2006. From very beginning the company gradually achieved prominence as a major shipbuilding company. Western Marine Shipyard is building two RORO’ ferries for Denmark. The ship named ‘ISEF JORD’ will be owned by Danish ferry operator Hundested Rorvig Faergefart.
